N°001 · How this started
A school's fee problem, not a business plan.
I didn't set out to build ERP software. A school in Varanasi needed its fee collection fixed: parents chased over phone calls, dues tracked on paper. I built it. Fee collection went from 71% to 94% in one term, ₹4.2L in overdue fees recovered, deployed in 11 days. Then a clinic asked for the same kind of fix for its queue. Then a salon, for its appointments.
That pattern is still how Clicknify works. We don't build a feature until a real client needs it, and we don't productize it until it's proven itself on our own account first. The CRM our team runs its own pipeline on is the same one we sell.
I still personally audit every new account before it goes live, and I'm on WhatsApp with clients directly, not behind a support ticket queue. That doesn't scale forever, but it's scaled to 500+ deployments so far, and I'm not in a hurry to hand it off.

Why I run CavenX's rollout myself
Clicknify is CavenX's global implementation partner: setup, training and support for schools, coaching institutes and colleges adopting CavenX's AI agents, wherever they are. It's the same hands-on model as the ERP side: I'd rather a principal or an institute director talk to the person who actually knows their rollout than a generic support line.
I write the CavenX blog for the same reason I answer the phone: most of what gets asked on a demo call is a question worth answering in public first.

Every number on this site is real: a specific school, a specific term, a specific rupee figure. If we can't prove a claim, we don't make it.
The builder answers the phone
The people who configure your system are the people who support it. No handoff to a call centre that's never seen your setup.
Systems over hustle
We build repeatable systems, for clients and for ourselves. Our own CRM, training programs and closing scripts run this company.
Lucknow is the point
Tier-2 costs, tier-1 craft. Being here keeps us close to how most Indian businesses actually run, and keeps our pricing honest.
