The service
Clicknify provides business software (ERP and CRM products) on an annual subscription, including deployment, migration, training and support as described in your plan or quote.
Your data
Data you put into a Clicknify product is yours. If you leave, we export it for you in a standard format. We don't hold data hostage over disputes.
Payment
Subscriptions are billed annually as quoted, in Indian rupees, with GST invoices issued for every payment. Quotes are line-by-line — what's on the quote is what's on the invoice.
Fair use & availability
We work to keep the products available and fast. Planned maintenance is announced in advance. We're not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.
